We earn our clients’ business every day through quality, transparency, and results. If at any time you are dissatisfied with the services we provide directly—for any reason whatsoever—you may request a refund.

What Is Eligible for a Refund

You may receive a refund for any LFG Spark service fees paid directly to us, including but not limited to:

  • Strategy, consulting, and advisory services

  • Website, funnel, or automation work

  • Setup, management, or optimization services provided by LFG Spark

  • Any deliverable, outcome, or service where LFG Spark is the direct provider

No justification is required. If you are unhappy with the quality, outcome, experience, or fit—even for subjective reasons—you may request your money back for LFG Spark’s service fees.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds do not apply to third-party costs or ad spend, including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads spend

  • Facebook / Meta Ads spend

  • Any advertising platform fees

  • Software subscriptions, tools, or services purchased on your behalf

  • Any third-party products or services that required direct payment to an external provider

These costs are non-refundable because they are paid directly to third parties and are considered used once purchased or activated.

No Performance Guarantees on Third-Party Services

LFG Spark does not guarantee outcomes, performance, or results from third-party platforms such as advertising networks or external software providers. Ad performance and third-party service results are outside our control.

We guarantee our work, not the behavior or performance of external platforms.
